Designed Hard Tooling for two sizes of cabinet pull
The 4” and 6” Cabinet Pulls lent themselves well to casting: their rounded inner surfaces provided a good parting line with no undercuts, and the visually flat top and side faces were slightly “pillowed” so that they wouldn’t sink in as both the injected waxes, then molten brass, cooled.
The top and side faces get touched up in Finishing to ensure smooth, fully flat faces.
