Two-Tier Pendant Light with hard-to-access lower tier made accessible by custom relamping method

This pendant had two sets of lights on two separate circuits. I needed to devise a way to change the lower bulbs without entirely removing the glass because it was unwieldy, so I developed a custom relamping method.
